There is a lot to talk about this year (hopefully less about IKF) and we simply can’t do it all on Twitter. We have been looking to expand our content away from Twitter and on our own site we have a lot more control over length, language, etc.
We wanted to bring more content to you guys and we are finally going to populate our blog with insightful content and analysis. We hope you love it and even if you hate it we hope that it’s still going to be a fun read (we think). We aren’t Kool-Aid drinkers and we tend to be realistic about players and the team. We think it’s a big reason why so many follow us on Twitter and that won’t change here. Some topics will be controversial and that’s the best part of Yankee talk.
Our blog is designed for easy reading. We aren’t going to throw 1 billion ads at you. We want it to be pure content and that’s all it will be for now (unless this ends up becoming extremely expensive to maintain). We love the positive comments and the negative comments as well. Constructive criticism is great.
